  • PSAC London Area Council will hold its Annual General Meeting, January 19th at 5:30pm

  • In September, the Ontario government announced a commitment to expand child care for 0-4 years olds in Ontario by 100,000 spaces – doubling existing spaces over 5 years.

    As part of the process, the Ministry of Education is holding public town hall meetings in selected communities around Ontario.

  • All PSAC members are welcome and we encourage you to attend in order to receive regular updates and news of interest to your local members.

  • Conventions are the supreme governing body for the union. It is the place where delegates elect their leadership, adopt budgets, and set priorities and policy for the next three years. This one-day course is designed to assist members wanting to learn more about democratic participation at Convention.
  • PSAC London Area Council is holding a letter writing campaign targeted at the Federal Liberal Government to oppose Bill C-27: An Act to amend the Pension Benefits Standards Act

  • Hello Brothers and Sisters,
     

    I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to observe the upcoming PSAC Ontario Council meeting, scheduled for Feb. 24-25, 2017 at the PSAC Toronto Regional Office (608-90 Eglinton Ave E, Toronto, ON M4P 2Y3).

    Our hours of sitting are: Friday, Feb. 24th from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Saturday, Feb. 25th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.  

  • This is the Union’s key introductory course. If you have wondered what it means to be a union member, how the PSAC works, and what happens to your dues dollars, the TUB is the course will provide you with the answers. The course also introduces the collective agreement, your rights as an employee and your rights as a member of the PSAC. You will learn about the many opportunities to be active in the union and ways you can make a contribution to building strong Locals in the Ontario region.
