Toronto Racialized Members Committee Special Meeting

Special Members Meeting to elect a Secretary – all members in the GTA in good standing who identify as racialized are welcome to attend.

The duties of the secretary is as follows:

1. Provides administrative and executive support.
2. Oversees and coordinates the meeting-to-meeting activities of the Committee.
3. Takes meeting minutes.
4. Maintains log of all Committee activities.
5. Performs projects or assignments in conjunction with Executive members.
6. Takes meeting minutes and provides those minutes to the Regional Executive Vice-President of Ontario within one month of the meeting taking place.

Registration will be closed after 4:30pm EST on the day of the meeting.
