This introductory training will cover the collective bargaining process, where we are, and how we got here. We will discuss mobilization and strike basics, and we will examine the various types of strikes and some of the tactics involved.

Note: This event is only being offered to Treasury Board members. There will be CRA-specific training coming up at a later date.
