All-candidate debates: 3 ridings, 3 nights

On August 15, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau (with the approval of Governor General Simon) called a federal election to be held on September 20. The Sudbury & North Bay Area Council would like to invite you to one of the following all-candidate debates to allow PSAC members a chance to hear from their local candidates. This is an opportunity for you, your family and friends to hear from prospective candidates on why they should earn your confidence on election day. The events are scheduled as follows:

Nickel Belt: Tuesday September 7, 6:30 to 8:00PM
Sudbury: Wednesday September 8, 6:30 to 8:00PM
Nipissing-Timiskaming: Thursday September 9, 6:30 to 8:00PM
 
It’s important to remember that the Public Service Alliance of Canada does not promote one party and/or candidate over another. As your union, the most important thing is to provide you with as much information as possible so we can all make an informed decision on Election Day.

You are also encouraged to send questions to me because we want to ensure we’re asking relevant questions regarding the candidates’ position on matters important to our members.
