Grievance Handling – Virtual Version: London RO

The Grievance Handling course gives new shop stewards essential knowledge for handling Level I Grievances. Participants gain a better understanding of how to work with members at the initial stages of the grievance procedure and how to mobilize members around workplace problems. 
Open to: All members, and new Local Stewards are encouraged to apply.
Prerequisite: The Talking Union Basics (TUB) or its equivalent.
 
This course will be delivered over 3 separate days.  Please read the dates and times carefully.
Session 1 – Saturday, Oct 16, 2021 – 9:00 am to 4pm
Session 2 – Sunday, Oct 17, 2021 – 9:00 am to 4 pm
Session 3 – Saturday, Oct 23, 2021 – 9:00 am to 4 pm

This course is best suited for participation on a computer (desktop or laptop).  A mobile device can be used (tablet, cell phone) however the participant experience may be affected.
