EXTENSION OF DELEGATE REPLACEMENT
Greetings,
We are approaching the commencement of the 2026 PSAC Ontario Regional Convention, taking place in person from June 12 to 14, 2026, at the Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites Conference Centre and Spa (8500 Warden Ave., Markham, Ontario).
Thank you to all the Convention Delegates who registered and have now been added to our hotel rooming list.
Should a Delegate not be able to attend the Convention, they must notify the Convention administration team by email at PSACOntarioConvention@psac-afpc.com.
If a Delegate does cancel, the identified Alternate will be contacted by the Convention admin team and a registration link provided to be completed to replace the Delegate for the submitting body.
Please note that the deadline to replace a registered Delegate who cancels, with their Alternate has been extended to Friday, May 15th, 2026, EST.
Any cancelations received after this date (May 15th, 2026), will not be filled by an Alternate.
