VIRTUAL
DUTY TO ACCOMMODATE is a must for Local Officers and other workplace representatives. You will learn what the law says about the Duty to Accommodate and how this law is applied in the workplace. These rights and our ability to enforce these rights have serious ramifications for the Members, the Union, and the Employer.
Open to: All members in good standing represented by the Kingston Regional Office, Toronto RO, Sudbury RO, Thunder Bay RO, and London RO.
Course Delivery: This course will be delivered over 1 day. Please read the date and time carefully.

Education Policy will be in effect. Upon successful completion of the course, members will be reimbursed as per approved policy. The Course must be completed in its entirety before the per diem is issued. For additional details, please see the PSAC ON Education Travel Policy
Loss of Salary: Eligible loss of salary reimbursement will be paid to members attending the course, during hours in which they were scheduled to work. Any eligible loss of salary will be reimbursed upon confirmation of full attendance and completion of the course and in accordance with the applicable PSAC policy.
