The PSAC Ontario 10th Triennial Convention will be held in person from June 12 to 14, 2026, at the Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites Conference Centre & Spa (8500 Warden Avenue, Markham, Ontario).
The theme for the Convention is: “Diversity is our Strength!”.

Important Dates:
- Deadline for Delegate Names and Emails – February 8, 2026
- Deadline for Ontario NVP/RVP registration – February 8, 2026
- Delegate Registration Deadline – February 25, 2026
- Resolutions Deadline – February 25, 2026
- Observers and Guests Hotel Booking Deadline – May 1, 2026
Only Local/Branch Presidents, Chairs of Committees and Chairs of Area Councils can submit the names and emails of their elected delegates to: PSACOntarioConvention@psac-afpc.com
Ontario National Vice-Presidents (NVP) and Ontario Regional Vice- Presidents (RVP) please send your name and personal email to be included in the delegate list to: PSACOntarioConvention@psac-afpc.com by February 8, 2026.
The Ontario Regional Convention will elect the Regional Executive Vice-President (REVP), and the Representatives of Ontario Regional Council. Information for candidates that wish to run for positions will be distributed in the New Year.
Convention will allow delegates to debate and pass resolutions, and establish the regional budget for the next three years.
