Greater Toronto Area Council
Welcome to the Greater Toronto Area Council for 2011-2012. Meetings take place monthly starting with the Annual General Meeting in September and are on the second Wednesday of every month unless otherwise specified. All meetings start at 6 pm and are in the PSAC Boardroom. Below is the contact information for the Council Executive.

Greater Toronto Area Council Mandate
The Greater Toronto Area Council (GTAC) is the local political body of the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC), where Component Locals, Directly Chartered Locals and committees come together to promote the interests of PSAC members in the Greater Toronto Area. GTAC is an advocacy body which provides an opportunity to present a collective voice on political action at the Federal, Provincial and Municipal level and to promote social action. The role of GTAC is to promote and coordinate the PSAC’s campaigns, political action, and work with district labour council’s and like-minded community organizations.
