This one day conference was held in Toronto.  Over 50 members attended from 12 different components and one Directly Chartered Local.  Members had a choice of 6 different workshops, ranging in length from 1.5 hours to all day.  Many benefited from a combination of 2 – 3 different workshops.

The workshop choices included, Indoor Air Quality, Multiple Chemical Sensitivities/Environmental Illness, Community Right to Know, Work Organization, Federal Hazard Prevention Regulations and the all day Return to Work Strategies/Duty to Accommodate

PSAC member facilitators who are also qualified Instructors with the Workers Health & Safety Centre (WHSC) Kevin Lundstrom and Elizabeth Gillelan,

Staff of the Toronto Environmental Alliance – Katrina Millar

Instructors from the Ontario Federation of Labour’s Occupational Disability Response Team (OFL/ODRT) Al Bieska and Linda Horne.

The day was hosted by PSAC Ontario Council Region 4 Representative, Bruce Flannigan.
